Responsibilities

• Own the business performance framework for the Lithium business, integrating operational KPIs with financial metrics.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with finance, translating field data into finance-ready reporting.
• Develop processes and playbooks for project origination through DFS to construction.
• Lead process improvements across finance, supply chain, and HSE; drive ISO 9001 certification.
• Collaborate with software/data teams to improve reporting infrastructure and data flows.
• Provide executive reporting cadence and clear leadership updates.
