Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Lithium Production Assembler to build, wire, and test lithium battery cells, modules, and packs for industrial storage applications in our Kentucky facility. The role follows engineering specs and quality standards and requires accurate data entry, tool handling, and teamwork to support production schedules.

You will perform end-of-line testing, troubleshoot to maintain quality, and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience in electronics assembly or related manufacturing.
• Experience entering production, inventory, and quality data into manufacturing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical prints, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assembly equipment to manufacture lithium battery products per work instructions and quality standards.
• Build, wire, and assemble cells, modules, and packs according to specifications.
• Record End-of-Line testing data, inspection records, and production documentation.
• Perform testing and monitor product performance against requirements.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and EOL testing with designated test equipment.
