Shady Hill School is seeking experienced literacy tutors certified in Orton-Gillingham at the Associate level or higher to work with Lower School students (pre-K to 4) on a contracted, hourly basis. Sessions address foundational reading skills with a student-centered, multi-sensory approach.
Positions are part-time and paid per session, with rates of $89 for 40 minutes, $105 for 50 minutes, and $125 for 60 minutes.
Shady Hill School is seeking experienced and skilled literacy tutors who hold Orton-Gillingham certification at the Associate Level or higher to work with students in Lower School (grades pre-K - 4) on a contracted, hourly basis. We are looking for educators who bring a student-centered, multisensory, developmentally responsive approach to reading instruction and can tailor support to individual learning needs. Tutoring sessions focus on foundational literacy skills, including phonological awareness, decoding, encoding, and fluency. Tutoring sessions may be scheduled during the school day and/or after school, depending on student needs and tutor availability. This is an hourly, part-time position. This position is not eligible for benefits.
