Carnegie Learning, Inc. seeks a seasoned Director of Product Management, Literacy, to lead strategy and execution for a growing literacy product portfolio.

You will align long-term vision with disciplined execution, guiding investment decisions and leading cross-functional teams from discovery through launch and growth. You’ll drive market insights, validate opportunities, and translate them into differentiated go-to-market plans with Marketing, Sales, and Literacy experts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with ownership of strategy, go-to-market, launches, and growth.
• Experience in EdTech, education publishing, or SaaS is valuable.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and investment plan across functions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery to launch and growth.
• Own GTM strategy with Marketing and Sales to enable differentiation and campaigns.
• Monitor market performance and adjust product decisions based on feedback and data.
