Responsibilities

• Provide targeted small-group instruction to students identified for Title I support.
• Assess student literacy skills using district tools, progress data, and classroom performance.
• Develop and implement intervention plans aligned to student needs and curriculum goals.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated instruction and student achievement.
• Participate in MTSS Learning Supports Team and contribute data to support intervention decisions.
• Attend professional development on literacy instruction and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with general ed, special ed staff, and instructional coach to meet diverse needs.
