EmpowerHome Team in Dallas is seeking licensed real estate listing agents to win listings and close more business. We provide qualified seller opportunities, pre-set listing appointments, and a supportive team to help you grow your production.

Our Inside Sales Team handles prospecting and appointment setting so you can focus on meeting motivated sellers, negotiating listings, and closing transactions with confidence.

Formación

• Active Texas Real Estate License required.
• Listing or residential sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident working with home sellers and listing opportunities.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
• Organized with strong follow-up and client management skills.
• Proficient with CRM and real estate technology.
• Committed to full-time real estate sales.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with motivated sellers and conduct listing consultations.
• Present pricing and marketing strategies to win listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts.
• Guide sellers from listing to closing.
• Manage seller leads and follow-up using CRM systems.
• Work with Inside Sales to maximize listing appointments.
• Stay current on Dallas real estate market trends.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives referrals.
