Job summary

Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is seeking an experienced real estate photographer for contract work. The role supports realtors and small businesses with photography, Matterport 3D tours, videography, drone work, and virtual staging.

The company services Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, Florida, and beyond from its Baltimore base. You will join a dedicated team with ongoing training in digital media, imaging, and new technologies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a real estate photographer.
• Proficient with Lightroom and editing workflows.
• Reliable transportation and high-speed internet.
• Daily photo submissions by 8:00pm (EST).
• Portfolio/examples required.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality real estate photos and virtual tours for clients.
• Coordinate editing workflow with the editing team and submit photos by 8:00pm EST.
• Operate cameras, drones, Matterport, and related imaging tools as needed.
• Present professionally and manage time effectively on assignments.

If you are an experienced real estate photographer interested in more consistent and reliable work - we would love to speak with you! Although our company is located in Baltimore, we service Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey as well as Florida and other parts of the US.

As an innovator in the industry of real estate marketing, we offer ongoing training to our photographers on digital media and imaging, so that as a team, we can remain on the forefront of the ever-evolving world of real estate technology. Photographers at Hometrack are required to learn an array of digital services offered through the company, such as Matterport, 2D floor plans, and drone.

We also have a hardworking administrative department that will schedule all of your appointments so you don't have to. As a photographer at Hometrack, you do not have to stress about generating leads or selling; you can simply do what you love to do. Our editing team takes care of all your editing as well. All we ask is that you send your daily photos to us by 8:00pm (EST) same day.

Please note, submissions without examples of your work will not be considered for this position.

This position is for Contract work only.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a real estate photographer
• Full Frame DSLR, wide angle lens (16mm/17mm), and tripod
• Computer for editing and high speed internet
• Confidence working in Lightroom
• Reliable transportation
