Job summary

Hornbacher’s Liquor Store is part of Coborn’s, Inc. We are seeking a Liquor Store Assistant Manager to support the Liquor Store Manager by directing and managing all phases of liquor store operations. This role includes cash handling, inventory audits, pricing, receiving and stocking, and directing staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age; 21 or older where required
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all phases of liquor store operations.
• Assist in carrying out store plans and activities.
• Perform store operations including bookkeeping, cash handling, loading/unloading trucks, stocking shelves, receiving, pricing, ordering, and inventory audits.
• Direct staff workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations and supervision.
