Woody's Liquor in Garnett, KS is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Clerk to join our team. The role fits someone who enjoys helping customers, staying busy, and providing great service in a relaxed retail environment.

Availability on Saturdays 3:30 PM–10 PM and PRN throughout the week is needed. You’ll greet customers, operate the register and POS, stock shelves, assist with inventory, and help keep the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid state ID
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Cash-handling experience
• Basic computer skills
• Inventory or stocking experience a plus
• Friendly, dependable demeanor

Responsibilities

Woody's Liquor, a locally owned liquor store in Garnett, KS, is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Clerk to join our team!

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and providing great customer service in a relaxed retail environment.

Schedule

We are currently looking for someone available: EVERY SATURDAY 3:30PM-10PM as well as PRN throughout the week.

Store hours are:

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Help customers find products and make selections

• Operate the register and POS system

• Handle cash and customer transactions accurately

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays

• Assist with inventory and product rotation

• Help keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked

• Receive and put away inventory as needed

• Lift and move cases of product, including stocking 30-packs in the cooler

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Valid state-issued ID

• High school diploma or GED

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred

• Ability to lift and carry heavier boxes and cases of inventory
