Job summary

Ridley's Food Corporation in Wyoming is seeking a dedicated store associate to stock and maintain the grocery department, operate pallet jack and forklift when certified, and provide friendly, helpful service to customers.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED (preferred), forklift certification, and previous stocking experience. You must be 21+ and able to read safety rules and manuals. Basic computer skills and strong teamwork are a plus.

Requirements

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:

Certification required for operation of forklift and/or pallet jack.

Other city, county, state, or federal certifications may be required.

COMMUNICATION:

Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand the spoken word to respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and guests.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.

COMPUTER:

Basic computer skills preferred.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or related job experience and/or training are preferred.

EQUIPMENT:

Required to use or operate pallet jack, forklift, box cutters, two-wheeler, six-wheeler, baler, ladder, etc.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous stocking experience preferred.

MINIMUM AGE:

21 years of age.

REASONABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form or when helping resolve a team member or guest concern.
