Job summary

QuestSpecialty Corporation is seeking a Production Associate for the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) in Brenham, Texas. The role oversees liquid production, ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize flow.

The position requires a high school diploma (vocational training preferred) and experience in manufacturing, preferably with liquid processes. A focus on continuous improvement and operation of labeling lines is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with liquid production processes.
• Ability to read and interpret production documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with automated production systems and process control software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing of liquid products to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Could work at any area of the labeling line (Capper, Packer, Tipping, Labeling).
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent downtime and maintain product quality.
• Follow and enforce all safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards during production activities.
• Collaborate with quality control to perform product testing and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Document production data accurately and report deviations or issues to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Train and support junior production staff to maintain high operational standards.
