Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Linux in an enterprise environment including Linux patching with DNF and YUM.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise Linux environments.
• Perform Linux system logging, auditing, patching, and performance tuning across production and non-production systems.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions – including scripting – for Linux administration utilizing Jenkins and Ansible Core.
• Troubleshoot and manually find and resolve Linux issues.
• Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to ensure systems are safe against security threats.
• Modify existing software and scripts to adapt to new infrastructure requirements and improve performance.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, security teams, and stakeholders to design interfaces and performance requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
