Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred
• Security+ certification or higher
• 3–5 years experience in systems administration or networking

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure systems (servers, workstations, switches, routers, firewalls)
• Maintain and update documentation (SOPs, network drawings)
• Identify security weaknesses and ensure compliance
• Resolve moderately complex technical issues
• Escalate to Tier II when needed
• Perform patching, deployment, lifecycle management
• Coordinate with Information Assurance on accreditation
