Qualifications

• Mandatory: Linux Admin and 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix commands.
• Automation experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, JavaScript).
• Ability to build dashboards and monitor service KPIs and alarms.
• Experience in operational environments with mission‑critical services and pager duty.
• Software dev experience focused on services and operations tools.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and reducing operational toil.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational health of core compute services for API availability and low latency.
• Triage and manage tickets; prioritize work by impact.
• Scale systems using tooling and automation.
• Collaborate with service developers to improve scalability, reliability, and velocity.
• Develop runbooks to reduce mean triage time of incidents.
• Automate high‑hit runbooks and incident response processes.
