CACI is searching for a Linux System Administrator to support the FEMA Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO) in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and operational resilience of FEMA’s Linux‑based infrastructure. You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals, system owners, and enterprise administrators to implement and maintain secure server configurations across on‑premises and hybrid environments, directly contributing to safeguarding FEMA’s mission‑critical systems and data. Your responsibilities include securing Linux infrastructure, applying DISA STIGs or CIS Benchmarks, hardening systems, configuring firewalls and access controls, performing regular patching, software upgrades, and hotfixes, and proactively monitoring system performance, health, and capacity to ensure high availability and uptime.
$103,800 - $218,100. Salary is influenced by geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Competitive compensation, benefits, and learning and development opportunities are offered.
