Job summary

Beyond SOF is seeking a Software Engineer to engineer, implement, integrate, and sustain the Delinea Tools Suite on Linux. You will serve as SME for Delinea technologies running on Linux and work with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to meet mission security and compliance requirements.

This role emphasizes secure credential management, privileged access controls, secrets management, and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux CLI and a broad suite of Linux tools.
• Scripting with Bash and Python.
• Proficient in Python and Java software development.
• Strong Linux administration across RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu variants.
• Hands-on experience with Delinea products (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, etc.).
• Experience integrating LDAP/AD/FreeIPA.
• Understanding of IAM, PAM, certificate-based authentication, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and authentication.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and CI/CD secrets automation.
• IaC concepts and automation with Ansible/SaltStack.
• Experience with Docker/Podman and secret-handling in deployments.
• Experience sustaining large Linux clusters.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain Linux-based Delinea tooling and integrations.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to meet compliance needs.
• Serve as SME for Delinea technologies on Linux systems.
• Support automation, secrets management, and privileged access controls.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues in distributed environments.
