Job summary

NYL in Clinton, NJ is seeking a senior Linux Engineer to manage enterprise Linux infrastructure onsite. You will oversee installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience with RHEL family, Ubuntu, automation, and security hardening. RHCSA/RHCE and AWS SysOps are preferred; strong problem-solving and incident response skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Linux administration experience.
• Strong experience with RHEL family and Ubuntu.
• Ability to manage on-premises and cloud Linux environments.
• Experience with high availability and kernel updates.
