Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 8+ years in systems engineering and enterprise-scale design.
• 5+ years supporting CNO environments.
• Experience designing VR/RE/CNE capability development.
• Proven Linux-based infrastructure engineering in mission-focused settings.
• Experience leading full system lifecycle from architecture to sustainment.
• Strong technical documentation skills (SOPs, guides).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for architecture decisions.
• Lead design/implementation of complex, integrated systems.
• Develop enterprise architectures unifying apps, data, and cyber capabilities.
• Architect solutions for VR, RE, and CNE capability development.
• Perform rigorous systems analysis and configuration for mission-critical infra.
• Evaluate new technologies for long-term scalability.
• Produce architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and DR strategies.
• Mentor and lead engineering teams to ensure quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to map objectives to roadmaps.
