Savage X Fenty in Culver City, CA is seeking a part-time Store Associate to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in our IRL location. You will connect with diverse customers, share brand values, and support daily store operations with a focus on body positivity and authentic engagement.

Responsibilities include driving service quality, staying informed on membership benefits, collaborating with the team to hit targets, and maintaining merch standards while handling inventory duties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in lingerie/intimate apparel.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive growth mindset and ability to work in a team selling environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and tech comfort.
• Ability to stand and be active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Elevate service experience and create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Engage guests and VIP members with product knowledge and authenticity.
• Stay informed on membership models, promotions and benefits.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organized back of house.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve customer and team experience.
• Support inventory controls and receive/transfer product, count inventories.
