Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group in Batavia, IL is hiring a Soil Sorter for a full-time, hourly position. You will operate a moving conveyor to sort linen, load soil linen into appropriate sling/cart, and follow standard operating procedures to meet quality and production standards.

The role requires punctuality, good attendance, safety awareness, teamwork, and ability to work overtime when needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Able to stand up to 10 hours daily.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to sort linen.
• Able to bend, twist, lift and pull as required.

Responsibilities

• Be on time and maintain excellent attendance.
• Follow safety rules and work well with a diverse workforce.
• Follow directions from team lead and supervisor.
• Keep work area safe, clean and organized.
• May work past schedule to resolve production issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
