Job summary

Linen King Memphis is seeking a Soil Sorter in Memphis, TN. This full-time hourly role involves sorting linen on a moving conveyor belt, picking up soil linen and placing it in the correct sling or cart, and following standard operating procedures to meet quality and production standards.

The position requires standing up to 10 hours, manual dexterity, and the ability to bend, twist, lift and pull as needed. A safe, efficient work area and punctual attendance are expected.

Qualifications

• Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to sort linen.
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, lifting and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Sort linen on a moving conveyor belt accurately and efficiently.
• Place soil linen into correct sling/cart following SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with company policies.
