Job summary

Atrium Health Lake Norman - Laundry is seeking an attentive Linen Services Associate for a full-time role. You will read and interpret linen data, operate a hand-held scanner, and maintain a neat, safe work area while delivering courteous service.

The position requires adherence to safety protocols, ability to move and lift as needed, and competence with computer systems. Shift details include Monday–Friday with weekends in a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Able to read and write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to scan, read, interpret linen data and access computer files.

Responsibilities

• Maintains work area in a neat, orderly and efficient manner.
• Demonstrates correct procedure including safety in handling linen items.
• Reads, accesses and interprets linen data.
• Operates hand held scanner and computer.
• Maintains a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Resolves fill rate issues for facilities.
