Cragun's Resort is seeking an energetic Linen Runner to join our Housekeeping team in Brainerd, MN. This role centers on picking up and delivering laundry items and supplies to guests and staff, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.

You will deliver and retrieve linen, garbage, and housekeeping supplies, transport staff, assist with stripping linen, monitor closets, and support laundry operations. A positive, guest-focused attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in timely manner.
• Must be organized, personable, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Available days and rotating weekends.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license and a clear driving record is required.
• This position includes weekend work on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and retrieval of linen, garbage, and housekeeping supplies throughout the area of operation.
• Transporting staff to their assigned destinations.
• Assisting housekeepers with stripping linen and removing garbage from units.
• Monitoring of housekeeping closets throughout all buildings and stock as necessary.
• Assist in laundry operations and other duties as assigned.
• Keep all cart rooms clean and free of trash and dirty linen.
• Customer concerns are handled immediately and reported to the supervisor for follow-up.

Job Purpose

Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of laundry items as well as items that may be needed by guests or staff members.

• Delivery and retrieval of linen, garbage, and housekeeping supplies throughout the area of operation
• Transporting staff to their assigned destinations
• Assisting housekeepers with stripping linen and removing garbage from units
• Monitoring of housekeeping closets throughout all buildings and stock as necessary
• Assist in laundry operations and other duties as assigned
• Keep all cart rooms clean and free of trash and dirty linen
• Customer concerns are handled immediately and reported to the supervisor for follow-up
