Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a laundry room or similar setting.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Operate linen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Notify Manager - Laundry of equipment malfunctions or urgent issues.
• Retrieve and transport soiled linen on a set schedule.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean laundry.
• Inventory and record linen orders for offsite delivery.
• Operate washers, dryers, and equipment per procedures.
• Log issues with linen items and maintain safety standards.
• Follow PGCB rules and Wind Creek policies.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Adhere to property policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
