TSP talent is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through linen receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and loading for delivery to medical facilities. The role focuses on operating equipment, following safety and quality standards, and supporting both soil and clean production areas.

Ideal candidates will collaborate effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and be willing to rotate through multiple equipment processes while maintaining accurate records and basic computer use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to rotate through different roles and learn multiple equipment processes.
• Basic computer knowledge and good recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare soiled linens, ensuring safe handling and accurate classification.
• Operate and troubleshoot various production equipment including sorting lines, folding machines, and ironers.
• Stack, fold, and inspect linens for quality, stains, or damages, removing non-conforming items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of carts and equipment.
• Assemble and secure linen carts, ensuring proper stacking and standards compliance.
• Assist with shipping tasks such as weighing carts, recording data, and preparing linen loads for delivery.
• Participate in team rotation and perform other duties as assigned, adhering to safety and quality standards.
