Job summary

Crown Linen, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee performance, output, and safety on a busy shift. You will lead a team handling receiving, washing, drying, folding and distributing linens, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to coach staff, resolve issues quickly with maintenance, and monitor KPIs such as efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with WMS or production tracking systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of receiving, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality control standards.
• Lead safety, housekeeping, and KPI reporting.
• Coach and develop staff; resolve escalations with maintenance and management.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve production issues quickly.
