NOVO Health Services seeks a full-time linen associate to sort, inspect, fold and bundle dried linen, and feed it through folding equipment on a busy production line at our Madison facility. You will handle towels, gowns, sheets and related items, ensuring quality standards while coordinating with the shift team to meet daily output goals.

The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow quality standards and procedures.
• Team-oriented with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, fold and bundle full dried linen.
• Place on conveyors or carts for processing.
• Machine fold small pieces like towels, bibs, gowns and pillowcases.
• Feed pieces into machine entry point and ensure quality control.
• Pre-fold or untie strings as needed and manage mis-sorted items.
• Assist with moving and organizing linen on the work floor.
