Job summary

NOVO Health Services is hiring a Packout/Load Builder for our Louisville, KY facility. The successful candidate will load linen items per customer orders, assemble bulk carts, and ensure accuracy of counts and product types.

Qualifications

• High School Education, GED and formal education / training preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new computer applications.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or service industry.
• Ability to work in a noisy fast paced environment.
• Ability to count items and verify against prepared lists.
• Demonstrated customer service and organization skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Builds bulk carts by filling it with the individual linen products and ensuring proper order.
• Reads customer tickets and loads correct product and count into carts.
• Weights carts in/out and records data into a computer system.
• Operates a handheld scanner to track items.
• Works independently or as part of a team and can multitask.
