Responsibilities

• Working the assigned schedule without delay, tardiness, or absenteeism.
• Delivering clean linen in a neat and orderly fashion and transporting soiled linen.
• Recording inventories and quantities of linen and organizing the linen storage areas per Crown policies.
• Receiving customer calls for service and addressing requests promptly per Crown policies.
• Observing, recording, and reporting linen abuse or poor utilization to the LDM.
• Managing linen inventory levels and par levels.
• Recording data using tablets or order sheets.
• Collecting soiled linen and transporting to the soiled linen storage room.
• Maintaining the linen room in a neat and orderly fashion.
