Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Wilmington, NC is hiring a Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping team. You will operate washers and dryers, sort and inspect linens, and ensure every item meets our high cleanliness standards for a consistent guest experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work independently and with a team, and flexible to weekend/holiday shifts. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities within Concord-managed hotels.

Competenze

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Professional communication and service-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• Operate washers, dryers, and laundry equipment with proper chemical use.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load/unload machines and set appropriate cycles.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment.
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
