Job summary

Rainier Guest Services, LLC is seeking a Laundry Associate to efficiently sort, wash, dry and fold linens and uniforms for guest services operations at Mount Rainier area facilities. You will operate commercial laundry machines, manage inventory, and ensure a clean, safe workspace across shifts.

The role emphasizes strong sanitation habits, reliable attendance, and excellent customer service toward coworkers and guests, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Sort high volume of laundry and operate laundry machinery to clean and sanitize clothes and linens used by the facility.
• Load and unload machinery.
• Work safely using detergents, bleach, and other cleaning solutions to clean articles following company safety standards.
• Sort and fold by hand all clean linens, towels, and uniforms.
• Clean laundry machinery, filters, and vents regularly.
• Maintain clean and clear laundry workspace.
• Report any safety issues to management.
• Sew and mend the facility’s linens as necessary.
• Maintain accurate inventory controls.
