The position emphasizes accuracy in inventory, adherence to SOPs, and providing friendly, personalized guest service while collaborating with diverse teams across properties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and towels for hotel, restaurant, and banquet facilities.
• Keep organized, clean, and sanitary laundry room and inventory records.
• Wash and dry linens using proper techniques; fold and stack towels and sheets.
• Notify Executive Housekeeper if laundry equipment is not functioning properly.
