NOVO Health Services is seeking a Folder to direct and manage Hand Folders, folding and stacking items as they exit the washer/ironer and preparing them for transport to the next stage of production.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 pounds, and collaborating with team members to meet quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and organization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fold items taken from washer/ironer and stack on the appropriate cart.
• Position carts at waist level for comfortable handling.
• Fold large items using lengthwise folds with a partner and stack.
• Fill carts and ensure items are organized for the next stage.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; follow safety procedures.
