Job summary

Vestis Corporation operates an industrial laundry facility in Cherry Hill, NJ, and is seeking a team member to handle merchandise safely and efficiently. You will stage, fold, and sort linens, identify items that do not meet quality standards, and ensure accurate bundling and storage during all shifts.

Working conditions include a warehouse setting with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise. The position offers a $17.63 hourly wage, a 1:30pm–10pm shift, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and counting accuracy required.
• Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.

Responsibilities

• Stages cart in lift table, secures safety chain, and raises the table.
• Folds linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender/seat covers.
• Identifies and segregates merchandise not meeting quality standards (rips, tears, holes, stains).
• Verifies merchandise quantity and bundles by type.
• Places bundles in correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves.
• Maneuvers full and empty baskets.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and follows production best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
