Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen and collect soiled linen in an orderly manner.
• Record inventories and quantities of linen using the prescribed method.
• Organize and clean the linen storage areas; follow Crown policies and LDM instructions.
• Receive and respond to customer calls for service in a timely and professional manner.
• Observe, report, and address linen abuse and improper utilization.
• Manage linen inventory levels and ensure par levels.
• Inventory and return carts to designated areas safely.
• Record data using tablets or order sheets as required.
• Maintain a neat and orderly linen room.
