Responsibilities

• Working the assigned schedule without delay, tardiness, or absenteeism.
• Delivering clean linen in a neat, orderly fashion and transporting soiled linen.
• Recording inventories and quantities of linen and organizing storage areas per Crown policies.
• Recording data using tablets or order sheets and reporting to LDM as instructed.
• Receiving service calls and addressing requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Assessing linen abuse or poor utilization and reporting to LDM.
• Maintaining linen room in a neat and orderly condition.
• Transporting carts safely and returning to prescribed par levels.
