Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Virginia seeks a dependable Linen Attendant to support housekeeping by delivering clean linens and collecting soiled items for laundry. You will help stock guest supplies and maintain orderly work areas while upholding Omni standards and guest satisfaction.

You must communicate clearly in English, multitask in a busy hotel environment, and follow safety guidelines while operating laundry equipment and heavy carts. Flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental services or hotel housekeeping.
• Clear and pleasant English communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and follow requests.
• Detail oriented with high cleanliness and organization standards.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs; push up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick up dirty linen from housekeeping landings and deliver to laundry.
• Collect clean linen from laundry and distribute to service landings.
• Assist with stocking guest supplies and amenities.
• Report maintenance concerns to managers or supervisors.
• Ensure clean and tidy linen at all times.
• Complete additional duties assigned by managers or supervisors.
• Operate all washers, dryers, ironers and towel folders.
• Stack clean items into laundry bins/trucks for delivery to guest floors.
• Operate smaller washers/dryers for specialty items or requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.
• Adhere to safety and sanitization regulations per OSHA and Omni.
