Job summary

Azul Hospitality's Koloa property is seeking an Entry Level Laundry Attendant to join the housekeeping team. This full-time role involves processing linens, loading and unloading washers and dryers, ironing, folding, weighing, sorting, and delivering items to linen closets, guest rooms, and public areas while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will inspect items for damage, maintain equipment, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 45 lbs and work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process linens: collect, transport, sort, weigh, load, and unload washers/dryers and chutes.
• Iron, fold, stock linen carts and deliver items to closets, guestrooms, and public areas.
• Inspect linens for damage and maintain equipment; follow safety procedures at all times.
• Assist housekeeping with cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and prepared for daily operations.
