Job summary

Gundersen Health System in Wabasha, MN is hiring a Linen/Laundry Assistant. No prior experience required; the role involves processing linens, folding, sorting, stocking, and transporting using commercial washers and carts.

You will work closely with the health care team to ensure smooth linen flow and patient care support. The position is casual with hours based on department needs and is scheduled Monday through Friday, day shift.

What’s Available:

• Casual position available. Hours will be based on organization availability to assist in covering department needs due to personal time off.
• Scheduled Monday through Friday, day shift.

What you will do:

• Under general laundry supervision, the linen assistant will process clean linens using commercial washing equipment and complete hand folding, sorting, stocking, transporting, and cart-pushing duties to support linen distribution and department needs.
• Works collaboratively with the health care team members to effectively communicate information.
