Job summary

AllSkills Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lineman Foreman with a Class A CDL for ongoing fiber and coax line work in the East PA and NY markets, travel within 2–3 hours of your market required. You must be able to climb poles, lift heavy objects, and work six days a week in all weather.

Responsibilities include installing and relocating aerial and underground cables, and supporting line crews across construction phases. Union membership and fluent English are required; valid CDL A preferred.

Qualifications

• Pole climbing ability with climber gaffs.
• CDL A license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years as a lineman; 5+ years for foreman.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs infrequently.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 hours from market; work up to 6 days a week.
• Must speak English fluently and join union.

Pay: $40–$47/hr set by union scale

Allskills Recruiting is looking forexperienced and reliable Linemen Foreman who hold a Class A CDL and has aminimum of 4 years running aerial and underground fiber and coax cables. Wehave ongoing line work in the East Central part of PA up through parts of NewYork. Must be willing to travel within 2 or 3 hours of your assigned market forwork.

Responsibilities

• Installs and/or relocates aerialand underground cable including fiber optic, transportation, distributionand drop cable. Ensures that it meets industry standards, is technicallyreliable and performed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Provides support for line crewsduring all phases of construction activity.

• Current valid driver's license(preferably a CDL A) with a clean driving record is required.
• 2+ years of experience as alineman and have the knowledge to detect power space violations and safetyissues. 5+ Years for a Foreman role.
• Must be able to lift, reach, digand carry heavy objects; with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds andinfrequent lifting of up to 100 pounds.
• This position requiressignificant time doing manual labor functions, walking on uneven ground,working in tight spaces and in general, being overall physicallydemanding. Must be able to perform heavy physical work and perform dutiesin a safe and efficient manner.
• Work up to 6 days per week in anall-weather environment and be willing to travel as required.
