C-2 Utility Contractors, LLC is hiring a Lineman I Telecom to support fiber and telecom installation and maintenance, ensuring dependable service for customers. You’ll join an experienced team and operate safety-first practices on overhead lines.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to travel for storms and emergencies is expected, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Construction background preferred, telecom industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of fiber and telecom cables overhead and repair issues to ensure reliable service.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, and excavators.
• Use hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws safely.
• Maintain safe work areas to keep traffic flowing smoothly on-site.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders with proper safety.
• Be available to travel on short notice for storm response.
• Other duties as assigned.
