Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a responsible truck driver to transport products safely from the warehouse to customers, adhering to DOT and food safety protocols.

You will handle loading/unloading, complete all logs and invoices, maintain temperatures, and communicate with management about route changes and customer needs. This role may require overnight shifts and flexible hours, with emphasis on reliability and courteous service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL and insurability.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and hazmat guidelines.
• Ability to operate large trucks and plan work independently.
• English literacy and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods to customer locations and load/unload per specs.
• Complete logs, inspections, maintenance reports and invoices promptly.
• Maintain food safety standards and proper temperatures during transport.
• Operate equipment safely; report unsafe conditions; build courteous customer relations.
• Coordinate with management on route deviations, trailer issues and customer concerns.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
