Job summary

Aerotek in Neenah, WI is hiring a Line Worker to support machine operators in a clean, temperature-controlled tissue-converting line. The role involves assisting with daily production tasks, setup, operation, packaging, and quality checks.

You will rotate through 2nd or 3rd shifts with training toward lead operator responsibilities. The position is on-site at a modern facility with emphasis on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of manufacturing experience within the last 2 years.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently over an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and rotate for 8 hours.
• Experience in production/manufacturing with basic packaging, machine operation, inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with daily production tasks.
• Support all stages of the converting process, including setup, operation and shutdown of equipment.
• Perform packaging activities and prepare for boxing or travel-size packaging.
• Operate and assist with machine tasks such as rewinding and picking after training.
• Inspect products visually to ensure quality and identify defects.
