Job summary

Crescent is seeking a dedicated Line Worker to perform safe, efficient production tasks in a high-activity environment. You will help with packing, labeling, and line readiness to ensure quality and consistency across all products.

The role requires adherence to Crescent's safety standards and teamwork to meet daily production targets. Applicants should be comfortable with physical tasks, able to lift up to 30 pounds, and willing to operate in a fast-paced facility while following established

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Continually seek out and remove all forms of risk
• Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes and product damages accurately and according to processes

• Pack, sort and stacking products throughout the shift and review completed tasks for accuracy and completion

• Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Fast paced environment, requiring Line Workers to adapt to continuous changes in priorities, volumes, staffing requirements
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm’s length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for an extended period of time
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to do repetitive motions including typing for several hours
• Walk on concrete floors for extended periods while in the co-packaging facility
• Ability to work and operate in a non-climate-controlled
