Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Line Worker for a premium desserts production site in Le Center, MN. You will assist in baking, icing, and packaging, prep production materials, and ensure accurate labeling including allergens. You’ll help maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment throughout the shift.

The role supports a fast-paced production area, with first shift hours (7:00AM - 5:00PM) and is contract/full-time. Entry-level welcome and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Entry-level welcome; no prior experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members to maintain production flow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately at a steady pace.
• Ability to work with both manual and automated equipment.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in baking, icing, and packaging departments.
• Gather and prepare production materials (pans, utensils, packaging supplies).
• Place finished products into containers with correct labels, including allergen labels.
• Clean and sanitize production lines during changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Remove debris and ensure floors are hazard-free.
