Flagstone Foods is seeking a Line Support I in Robersonville, NC to assist packaging and production lines while maintaining product quality and GMP compliance.

You will monitor quality, adjust equipment, perform checks, and report issues. This role requires willingness to work varied shifts and strong teamwork to ensure safe, efficient operation on the production floor.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership.

POSITION: Line Support

Position Summary

Support packaging and production line operations by maintaining product quality, equipment performance, safety, sanitation, and GMP compliance.

FLSA Designation : This position is a hourly non-exempt and is eligible for overtime.
