Responsabilités

• Permanently detect safety risks and react, applying Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Ensure line setting and tuning to respect defined safety standards, quality requirements, schedule, cost and volume targets.
• Prepare and participate in changeovers to reduce changeover time and minimize production disruption.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and alert maintenance for breakdowns or deviations.
• Inform leaders of technical or quality deviations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
