If you're passionate about aviation and customer service, we want to hear from you!**Responsibilities:*** **Aircraft Parking & Customer Interaction:** Park aircraft and greet passengers and crew promptly and professionally.* **Customer Service Duties:** Perform requested services such as fueling and aircraft movements with a focus on customer satisfaction.* **Professional Appearance:** Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times with customers and colleagues.* **Facility Maintenance:** Clean and maintain buildings, fuel equipment, and ground servicing equipment to ensure operational readiness.* **Fuel Management:** Receive fuel, perform required tests, and maintain daily paperwork for quality checks.* **Fuel Farm Operations:** Fill Jet and Avgas trucks, maintain fuel and fluid levels for GSE, courtesy, and ramp vehicles, and assist with general fuel farm upkeep.* **Specialized Functions:** Serve as front desk back-up, manage fuel farm operations, provide on-the-job training (OJT) to less experienced representatives, and handle inventory control.* **Safety & Security:** Monitor ramp and facility for safety and security, assess situations, and respond appropriately.* **Additional Duties:** Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure smooth operations.**Compensation:*** This is a part-time position starting at **$16.00 per hour**.## Qualifications**Required Qualifications:*** High School graduate or equivalent required* Previous Line Service, aviation and/or customer service experience preferred* Commitment to safety and security procedures.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.* Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.* Experience with ground support equipment (GSE) is a plus.* Flexibility to work alternate shifts as needed.**Position Specific Requirements:*** Licenses/Certificates: Forklift Certification; Tow qualified; FAR 139 Training qualified; (will provide on the job training for certifications and equipment handling)* Must be able to pass employment background check; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record* Attendance: Regularly scheduled attendance required* Physical: Routinely lifts 50 lbs., occasionally lifts 100 lbs.; reads small print; hearing sounds associated with mechanical deficiencies; repetitive motion; works with moving parts and vibration; works in heights above four feet; tolerates standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing and sitting* Environmental: Tolerates working in extreme temperatures and noisy environments* Work Schedule: Must be available for all shiftsB*ristow Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.*
