Role Description

This full-time, on-site Line Service Technician role is based in Midland, TX. The Line Service Technician is responsible for performing routine aircraft ground handling tasks, including fueling, towing, parking, and positioning aircraft. Daily activities include inspecting and maintaining ground support equipment, assisting with basic aircraft servicing, and ensuring ramp and hangar areas are clean, safe, and organized. The role also involves interacting with flight crews and passengers, providing courteous customer service, and responding promptly to service requests. The Line Service Technician follows established safety procedures and company standards to support efficient and secure flight operations.

Qualifications

• Strong aircraft and ground equipment Maintenance & Repair skills, with attention to safety and detail.


• Experience in Maintenance tasks related to routine inspections, preventative care, and proper documentation.


• Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting of minor mechanical or operational issues on ground support equipment.


• Background in Field Service work, including on-ramp support and coordination with flight operations.


• Demonstrated Customer Service skills in a client-focused environment, with professional communication and demeanor.


• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or aviation-related training preferred.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; prior experience in aviation or FBO operations is a plus.
