Vantage Aviation in Greenville, SC is seeking a Line Services Technician to provide ground support for arriving and departing aircraft, fueling, ramp operations, and exceptional customer service to flight crews and passengers. You will perform daily line service tasks, maintain safety, and complete documentation in a fast-paced aviation environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Responsabilités

• Greet, marshal, park, tow, and move aircraft in the ramp area.
• Fuel and defuel aircraft following safety procedures.
• Provide ground power and aircraft oil servicing, plus lavatory support.
• Assist passengers and flight crews with baggage and cargo handling.
• Operate and reposition passenger and crew vehicles; conduct quality checks on refueler vehicles.
• Maintain accurate fueling and line service records.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and grounds.

This role is responsible for daily line service operations, including aircraft fueling, ramp operations, and customer service in support of Vantage Aviation’s Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services.RequirementsEssential Responsibilities & Duties:• Greet, marshal, park, tow, and move aircraft in the ramp area• Fuel and defuel aircraft in accordance with company and safety procedures• Provide ground power and aircraft oil servicing, along with other standard ancillary aircraft services such as lavatory support• Assist passengers and flight crews with baggage and cargo handling• Operate and reposition passenger and crew vehicles as required• Perform routine quality control inspections of refueler vehicles• Reload and maintain fuel vehicles and complete all required documentation• Ensure accurate record keeping related to fueling and line service activities• Deliver excellent customer service with attention to detail and professionalism• Maintain facility cleanliness and grounds, including building upkeep, lawn care, and snow removal as assigned• Perform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record• Strong basic reading, writing, and math skills• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays• Ability to pass a background check and drug screenPreferred Qualifications:• Previous experience in aviation ground handling or line service operationsTravel Requirements:• NoneWorking Conditions & Physical Demands:• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including possible inclement weather conditions• Exposure to aircraft noise, fuel, and ramp activity• Ability to lift, carry, pull up to 50 pounds• Ability to lift, carry, and move baggage or equipment as required• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb a ladder, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsBenefits:• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• HSA with company match for applicable plans• Company-paid Short-Term Disability and Basic Life and AD&D• Paid time off• 401(k) with company match• Employee Assistance ProgramConfidentiality & Disclosure:Vantage Aviation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
